The HITS Catalogue provides teachers with practical ideas and inspiration for extending their practice as well as classroom activities and lesson ideas that can be readily adapted for their specific context.
The catalogue includes high quality podcasts, videos, case studies, webinars, lesson plans, short articles, and a bank of classroom-based activities to support teachers.

Ideas for using this resource

Teachers can select the High Impact Teaching Strategy they wish to strengthen and explore a range of resources in a mode that best suits their time and context. Using a High Impact Teaching Strategy increases the chances that students will learn the desired concepts and skills. The HITS are intended to be used flexibly and in combination to see the greatest impact upon student engagement and achievement.

The resources within the HITS Catalogue can also be used to support collaborative professional learning and development, for example through PLCs and Learning Area Team discussions.
