Parent Information Pack

The Department's privacy impact assessment requires schools to provide parents with Department-supplied information before allowing student access to ClickView. This pack is available via the link below. Any request for a child not to participate should be emailed to the Digital Learning team. The team can also be contacted with any questions about privacy at digital.learning@edumail.vic.gov.au

As a parent, if you have concerns about the use of ClickView or are considering opting out, please contact your school to get more information about the system and the protection in place. While we can make alternative local arrangements for your child/ren it is preferable for all students to have equal access to online educational tools.

School Information Pack

Teachers and students will log in to ClickView via the Department’s eduPass service at www.edustar.vic.edu.au/clickview. Teachers will use their employee number and students will use their eduPass credentials.

Schools that already subscribe to ClickView will continue to log in normally until the end of their current contract period, at which point the school should contact ClickView Support at support@clickview.com.au for details on moving across to the Department’s subscription.

Schools accessing ClickView should download and distribute the below school information pack among teachers and staff.

Professional Learning

Professional learning can help educators to maximise the benefits of ClickView and employ it as a resource for quality teaching and learning. Teachers and school leaders are encouraged to enrol in information and professional learning sessions on ClickView at no cost.

Participating schools are also asked to nominate a ClickView representative for contact regarding future training and development opportunities, through the Digital Learning team digital.learning@edumail.vic.gov.au
